Any Clothing item(s) (Helmets Inclusive) ordered that are not the correct fit can be exchanged for a Different Size (Same Product Code: Style and Color).

ARTECH will cover the shipping cost* to send the replacement item(s) back to you.

The customer is responsible for shipping the original item(s) back to us for any exchange.

We will ship the replacement item(s) via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (U.S. Addresses Only), at our discretion.

If you wish to have the replacement item(s) shipped via a faster method, we will charge you the appropriate upgrade fee that is associated with our shipping rates.

Exchanging item(s) for a different product (including a different color style of the same product) is
not considered a Wrong Size Exchange.

However, if the requested item(s) is available, we will consider an exchange at our discretion.
Shipping charges will apply and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

You order a blue race helmet in size medium.
It is too small, and you want to exchange it for a size large,
but also wish to exchange it for the red helmet in the same model.

If the red helmet is available in the requested size, we may do the exchange at our discretion.
As it is not the same item (different product code) as you originally ordered,
you will be charged a shipping fee to send the exchanged helmet back to you.

Approved exchanges for the same item will not incur a return shipping fee for the
First Exchange Only. Returning exchange items to ARTECH is the customers responsibility.

If you request a Return Authorization Number for an item(s) that included free shipping
on the original order, we reserve the right to withhold the original cost of shipping that item to you via UPS Ground upon crediting your account for the return.
