Closeout Products listed in the Race Clothing Categories Are Not Eligible for
Race Clothing Category and Sub-Category Items are discounted at the end of the season and are limited in availability and priced to sell.
Refunds, Exchanges, Store Credits or Returns of Any Kind.
These products will have CLOSEOUT in their Title, along with the Model Year (i.e. Closeout 2016)

If you need to return an item:
We will receive this request and contact you with further information to complete the return process if it has been approved.
1: Sign in to your account*
2: Select the "Completed Orders" Link
3: Find the Related Order and Select the "Return Item(s)" Link
4: Follow the steps to submit a Returns Request
(*If you purchased items using a "Guest Account", you will have to contact us via phone/email to request a return authorization.)
Returns must be received in New, Unused Condition with All Manufacturer Tags Attached in the Original Packaging.
Returned Products Must Be En-Route to our Business Address within 30 Days of Receipt.
Returned Items Missing Manufacturer Tags or Original Packaging May Result in a Restocking Fee that is 15% Of The Full Product Price.
Original Shipping Costs are Excluded from Returned Credits: Return postage is the Customers Responsibility.
For Returns of item(s) where "Free Shipping" was selected on the original order, we reserve the right to withhold our cost of shipping that item upon crediting the item(s) amount.
Any staff opinions or feedback offered (Verbal or Written) on Product Size/Style/Color/Fit does not warrant returns that do not meet the stated requirements above.
Returns Will Not Be Accepted Without a Pre-Approved Return Authorization Number.
No Exchanges Accepted : Purchases and Returns are Handled as Separate Transactions.
Race Ski Sales Are Final Once Any Requested Ski Prep Work Has Been Initiated,
Or After The Shipment Has Left Our Facility For Delivery to the Destination Address.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
