A racers height and weight are the primary factors in suit sizing.

Chest/Waist/Hip measurements supplied by suit manufacturers are secondary and should only factor in once you determine the correct size for your height and weight.

These size charts are supplied from the manufacturer and may vary from our size recommendations provided in our Comprehensive Size Chart below.

The ARTECH Replica Suits (Beyond-X) are produced with a size range from XXS-XXL.

We break up this size range to best match with the Spyder suit sizing in Junior and Adult versions:

Junior Small (Labeled XXS): Equivalent to the Spyder Kyds 6/8
Junior Medium (Labeled XS): Equivalent to the Spyder Kyds 10/12
Junior Large (Labeled Small): Equivalent to the Spyder Kyds 14/16

As the Small best matches with the Spyder Kyds 14/16,
the Adult Small is missing from the available size range.

Adult Medium - XXL sizing matches with the Spyder adult sizing appropriately.

Based on our experience with suit sizing and customer feedback,
95% of size swaps for race suits are due to the original size choice being TOO SMALL.

If there is a descrepancy between our size charts and a manufacturers size chart, go with ours.

Spyder Kyd's Race Suits are sized 6/8, 10/12, and 14/16.
Span the size ranges between the two numbers to determine the correct fit.

Sizing Tips:

1. Spyder padding is very protective and can take up a full suit size.
2. For racers on the upper end of a size, always go up a size.
3. Racer height takes precedence over weight when using size charts.
4. Zippers do not stretch, so if you are tall and skinny you need to base the suit size on your height more than your weight.
