Free Shipping Eligibility

A Free Shipping option will be presented during checkout if your cart meets the following minimum requirements.

1: Shopping Cart Minimum is $50.00 (After any applicable discount codes are applied)

2: Shipping Address must be in the U.S. Contiguous 48 States (AK & HI Excluded)

3: If the above conditions are met and you still do not see a Free Shipping option, your cart contains select item(s) that are exempt from our free shipping status.

Exempt items include, but are not limited to, skis, bindings, boots, tuning benches, ski bags and large backpacks.

Free 2-Day Express Shipping Upgrade Eligibility
We offer a free upgrade to Express shipping on a huge selection of our products.

If the total volume of the item(s) in your order meets our requirement*, we will automatically upgrade you to Express at no additional cost.

*Maximum total order volume must fit in our Express Packaging.

This package requirement includes the majority of our ski tuning supplies and ski wax, as well as most goggles, forearm guards, gloves and mittens.

Free Express Upgrades are determined at the time of order processing and are not eligible on all orders.

Available for orders shipped to the contiguous United States only (excludes AK, HI)

Excludes PO Box Shipping Addresses.

Shipping Address Requirements:
The customer is responsible for providing a shipping address that is deliverable by the chosen shipping method.

If you select a delivery service and provide a shipping address that is not deliverable by that service, the package will be Returned To Sender as Undeliverable.

Undeliverable, Returned To Sender Packages are handled like a product return once received by us. If a Free Shipping option was selected, we will hold back our actual shipping cost from the refunded amount. If a paid shipping service was selected, this amount will not be refunded. If the customer wishes to have the original order reshipped, we will require additional payment to cover the actual shipping cost and a corrected shipping address.

Colorado is the #1 State for Undeliverable, Return To Sender Packages due to incorrect address/service combinations.

If you provide a physical address and choose either Free Shipping or a USPS Delivery Method, there is a higher likelihood your package will not be delivered.

The Postal Services DOES NOT DELIVER to residential addresses in many regions of Colorado (most Rocky Mountain States) and the package will be returned to sender once it reaches the local post office hub in your area.

Provide a P.O. Box address or choose an appropriate shipping method for correct delivery. (Avon & Silverton CO have the highest rate of undeliverable packages)

International Shipping Options:

TRACKING IS NOT AVAILABLE once the shipments leaves the United States.

International Import Fees:

ALL IMPORT FEES, DUTY AND TAXES ARE SOLELY THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY AND ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE ORDER OR SHIPPING TOTALS.

Refusing delivery of your package to avoid the requirement of collecting any and all International Import Fees upon receipt of your package will result in a 25% restocking fee once the package has been returned to us.

International orders will have shipment paperwork that is correctly marked as "Merchandise". Do Not Request Orders To Be Sent As A "Gift" as this request will not be honored.

While other countries may be added in the future, we have enforced stricter limitations on international shipping due to increased rates of fraudulent transactions.

Order Processing:
Phone and Internet Orders are processed together, based on time of receipt.

Expedited Shipping Methods (UPS & FedEx Air Services Only) may expedite order processing times, but this is not guaranteed.

Your selected shipping method affects time in transit after packages are picked up for delivery.
