PLEASE READ PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER DURING THE SUMMER SEASON

During the summer season we are shipping orders on Mondays and Wednesdays.

We will ship all orders that arrive on Mondays and Wednesdays BEFORE Carrier Pickup Occurs, which is typically around 12PM (EST).

Our Current Flat Rate Shipping* is One Simple Option:
Free Shipping >$100.00 Cart Total
$4.99 Flat Rate for $25-$100 Carts
$9.99 Flat Rate below $25.00 Carts
(*Contiguous U.S. Addresses Only)

All Expedited Shipping Services have been suspended due to the shipping carriers removing their delivery time commitments for these services.
This was a direct response to the increased shipping volume due to COVID-19.
We will reinstate these options once carriers reinstate their time-in-transit guarantees.

International Orders have been temporarily suspended during this time period due to the Significant Delays in Customs Processing Times.

How Will My Order Ship?
IF your ordered items fit in a Fedex Express Pak Mailer, we will use it to ship your order.
We can fit a 10x6x4 inch shipping box inside of a Pak Mailer, which gives you a general idea of the size limitation.
We can also fit 90% of the items that we carry in a Pak Mailer, although multiple item orders may limit its usability.
With that said, there are size limitations and we do not make any guarantee we will ship your order using a Pak Mailer.

IF your order does NOT fit in a Pak Mailer, we will ship your order via USPS Priority Mail.
We do not use First Class Mail for any shipments.

Items that will ship via Priority Mail include:
Ski Poles, Shin Guards and Helmets (These items are too large to fit in Pak Mailers).
Larger Sized Clothing Items (Although we can fit smaller race suits and smaller sized pants & shorts in Pak Mailers).

In summary, if we can ship your order in a Fedex Express Pak Mailer, we will do it. If not, we ship it using Priority Mail.

Free Shipping Over $100: See Restrictions Below

A Free Shipping option will be presented during checkout if your cart meets the following minimum requirements.

1: Shopping Cart Minimum is $100.00 (After any applicable discount codes are applied)

2: Shipping Address must be in the U.S. Contiguous 48 States (AK & HI Excluded)

The customer is responsible for providing a shipping address that is deliverable by the chosen shipping method.

If you select a delivery service and provide a shipping address that is not deliverable by that service, the package will be Returned To Sender as Undeliverable.

Undeliverable, Returned To Sender Packages are handled like a product return once received by us. If a Free Shipping option was selected, we will hold back our actual shipping cost from the refunded amount. If a paid shipping service was selected, this amount will not be refunded. If the customer wishes to have the original order reshipped, we will require additional payment to cover the actual shipping cost and a corrected shipping address.

Colorado is the #1 State for Undeliverable, Return To Sender Packages due to incorrect address/service combinations.

If you provide a physical address and choose either Free Shipping or a USPS Delivery Method, there is a higher likelihood your package will not be delivered.

The Postal Services DOES NOT DELIVER to residential addresses in many regions of Colorado (most Rocky Mountain States) and the package will be returned to sender once it reaches the local post office hub in your area.

Provide a P.O. Box address or choose an appropriate shipping method for correct delivery. (Avon & Silverton CO have the highest rate of undeliverable packages)
